Our History
Founded in 1929 by WWI Veteran H. E. McIntire Sr. Samson Sign Company is a division of Superior Trademark Incorporated. Initially specializing in heat transfer labels and embossed seals. The company was then passed down to WWII Veteran H. E. McIntire Jr. Superior Trademark Incorporated, now in its third generation, is run by Gordon McIntire.
Samson Sign’s Engraving FOcus
Samson Sign was acquired in 2003 from Albert Stone, a representative for significant engraving machine manufacturing. This has allowed us to expand our engraving capabilities through:
- Computerized Machines
- Laser Equipment
This technology elevated our ability to do more and allowed us to move into flat and cylindrical items. We can also print in full color on flat metal using the process of sublimation.

Getting the information you want, right where you want it, is what we do. We love taking the time to really understand what you need and producing a high-quality print or engraving for you that is built to last.
There is no minimal order required. This makes our services a great choice for small businesses that periodically need a few new name plates or set of custom office signs with different information on each.
